- Palo & Tanauan Areas: 9:30 AM — 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Emergency Restock: 2:00 PM — 4:00 PM
- Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM for next-day priority delivery
- Tacloban City: 10kg combined minimum
- Out-of-town: 25kg minimum for wholesale pricing
- Direct pickup available at our central facility
REGIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping outside Tacloban City and nearby Leyte areas is available via third-party logistics or dedicated freight. Please note that all shipping fees for out-of-town orders are shouldered by the buyer and are calculated based on bulk volume and distance. Delivery schedules for regional areas are subject to weekly availability and courier operational hours.
